I’ve been playing arnoud with hair color since college when I first let my girlfriend dye my hair bluish black. The funny thing about that was my mother first noticed the newly double-pierced ear before noticing the hair color. But as the white hairs have forced their way into my field of vision I have been wondering if it’s just time to let go of the box of #660 deep burgundy. I’m not sure. It has been quite fun, however, dyeing B’s hair pink and then turquoise and recently purple. You are both good friends to have Dee, thanks for your honest and personal comment. I have had many conversations with women about what it means to dress appropriately for your age and body type and the fine lines between vanity and style and competition and envy. I find it easier to draw lines for what I will and will not wear even though my daughter and I could probably share just about everything in our closets except our shoes. My 14-year-old can make some of my more classic pieces look fun and young and fresh. There are many pieces in her closet that are fun, young and fresh and best left on her. My personal rule has been just because you fit into it doesn’t mean you should wear it . It is far more difficult for me to draw those lines when it comes to cosmetics. Admittedly I have genetics in my favor. My grandmother does not look like she’s in her 80s. My mother doesn’t look her age either. Neither of them have ever had plastic surgery or a chemical peel but swear by cleansing and moisturizing. I don’t see the harm in SPF moisturizers or anti-wrinkle cream to keep things at bay. Those things cannot keep the inevitable from actually happening. But your comment about being examples of what normal, natural beauty looks like in our 40s, 50s, 60s gives me and the rest of us much to think about as ones created in God’s image.

I have been using Shielo’s Anti-Aging Complexion Moisturizer for 6 weeks now and there is a noticable difference. Many of my fine line wrinkles have disappeared, specially around my mouth. Other wrinkles are less pronounced and visable. Use it!

Help! I have old lady chest! My face looks great (as far as wrinkles go)and I am 36 years old. I have taken good care of my skin but neglected my chest and neck. I want it all to match! I want to test everything. All of it. I’ll try anything you send my way. Fix ME!

My Dad is a retired Doctor and I am 58 years old. I have been using Retin A for quite a few years and would be interested in being a product tester to see if it works as good or better than Retina A .. Especialy the Eye area which it seems Retin A helps but I would like to find something better. I also have a age spot that still has not gone away with the use of Retin A. It lightened it but did not get rid of it ..

I have not tried Perricone products at all. I am very interested to become a product tester. I have tried other anti-aging products. They made my skin feel great however there was no effect on ageing or looks. I would challange Perricone to prove what they advertise is true. I am open to trying new products, with my sensitive skin.

I have the double curse of oily T-zone, with some large pores on my nose and cheeks; PLUS, very dry skin and wrinkles around the mouth, including vertical lines above the upper lip, and change in texture on the chin and to the sides of the mouth. The oily areas are not experiencing the change in texture which includes deep crevices from sun damage when I was in my early 20′s and invincible, living at high altitude in the Rocky Mountains very close to the sun. HELP. . . . . . .
