What Wrinkles? The Best Wrinkle Cream on the Market to Make Wrinkles Disappear

If you are twenty something and realize that now is the time to start dealing with your aging skin, good for you. If you have friends that are not so skin savvy, either be a great friend and enlighten them of what the future may bring, or take the more evil route and let them age while you stay young for decades.

It should not baffle anyone that by a quarter century’s time, you have a few fine lines on the face, most notably around the eyes. To learn how to keep their growth minimal, read on and decide what you can and should not do to prevent more.

Wrinkle Causers

Chances are, if you are reading this article and others, you are not one of those people who will stare blankly at someone suggesting using wrinkle creams. You probably already realize you have to protect your skin at a young age, even before the signs of aging are visible.

And thankfully since you are not one of these people, you know that wrinkles and aging begin the day you are born and are not something that all of the sudden appear in full force at the age of 35. They begin to develop far before this age, and it is how you deal with them and prevent them that determines how they look to other people.

So what causes them? Here are some things to avoid in order to prevent early wrinkles.

  • Sunlight. Avoid spending too much time in direct sun, especially during the hours when the sun’s rays are harshest because ultraviolet rays can cause many wrinkles.
  • Tanning salons. The ultraviolet light from tanning booths is just as damaging as the sun’s, usually worse.
  • Smoke. Smoking, whether it is once in a while, socially, or every day, smoking cigarettes robs your skin of moisture and dramatically causes premature wrinkles. If you are young, the only wrinkles you may be seeing are crow’s feet, but heavy smokers deal with eye wrinkles, mouth wrinkles, and so many more. Can you say gross?
  • Alcohol. This dehydrating substance may be a great way to unwind after a busy week, but is only causing unnecessary stress to the body. Drink in moderation and be sure to throw in a glass of water in between beverages.

Try Perricone for as little at $10.

Preventing Wrinkles

The skin does a great job of stretching and holding in moisture when you are younger. But after years of wear and tear on the skin, there are steps that need to be taken to significantly prevent and reduce signs of wrinkles on the layers of the face.

The face has three important layers:

  • The outermost layer: the epidermis
  • The middle layer: the dermis
  • The innermost layer: the subcutaneous layer

The dermis is where a lot of the aging can be prevented. Here, fibers in the skin, called elastin, keep the skin looking and feeling young. Collagen, another protein, keeps the skin firm and elastic, also helps in wrinkle prevention.

Over time, a healthy diet and proper skin care can help the dermis keep these proteins working but as time goes on, the dermis may lose a little collagen and elastin. This is why elderly people appear to have such thin, dry skin. The epidermis, or outer layer, then must deal with the slowing collagen and elastin.

The innermost layer, or subcutaneous layer, is what gives skin a plump appearance. As time goes on, this begins to shrink and sag because fat production declines.

And although this is not true for everyone, some may get wrinkles in their 40s and others in their 20s depending on their genetics, it is important to keep an eye out and be sure to take preventative measures. At the end of the day, those who take the best care of their skin will have the fewest wrinkles.

Impeccable skin care routines include the best wrinkles creams on the market which utilize skin’s natural oils to benefit the skin.

If the products do what they claim I would love to reverse the damage I have done and hopefully begin to look as I did when I was 25. Bonus points for to opportunity to look beyond beautiful when my 27 year old fiancee and I say our wedding vows.

  10. Hello. I read the Doctor’s first book years ago and he is the reason I take supplements today. I would be proud to test any product he creates.

  11. I am highly interested in becoming a tester of the Perricone products that are available on this site. For years prior to having my 4 beatiful children, I was always being I.D.’d wherever I went. People were always telling me that I never looked older than 20, and that was at the age of 30. In the last 4 years, my husband has been making small comments here and there letting me know that there have been prominent wrinkles on my face that evidently aren’t going anywhere. I also haven’t been getting I.D.’d anymore, which is devastating to my self esteem. I’m starting to feel the effects of aging and I know that any and all of the skin care products that I have tried in the past, are evidently not doing what they promise. My biggest problem areas are my forehead and around my mouth area. I also recently had the Moh’s procedure done to have skin cancer removed from my forehead, which undoubtedly has left a scar that I know have to witness every time I look in the mirror. I would very much like to have this opportunity to not only be a tester for the Perricone products, but to be able to share with my many friends and family members who take my word to heart. I can guarantee that the outcome would indeed promise many loyal clientele for years and years to come.

  12. Hi! Saw you on Dr. Oz. I’d love to be a product tester! My main concerns are dry skin & wrinkles . Thanks!
