I am Kundan 26 yrs old. Working as IT Engineer with MNC. From past few months am feeling that my face is getting dull day by day. Please suggest what needs to be done for face glow. One thing I would like to tell you that I dont smoke , dont drink, and also dont go out in sunlight. I have to work in fully aircondition environment even when I go to office they send AC cab for pickup and drop.

I stil dont under stand why my face is geetting dull. Whay I dont have glow like others.

Please also suggest the best face cream and face wash and also what should i eat to get gloory sceen. I drink tea 3-5 times a day, is it effecting my sceen.

Please help!
