We are looking for volunteers to test and review Perricone MD skin care products.

For a chance to be selected:

1) Fill out our survey below.

2) After you complete the survey, we’ll review your answers to see if you match the product we are currently offering to test. It can range from skin care products to weight loss. The first 500 survey respondents will be contacted to begin product testing.

3) If you are selected, we’ll contact you by email to arrange delivery of the product we are currently testing. We require that you complete a brief online survey after following our product instructions and testing the product for a 30 day period.Please fill out the following information to be part of our trial program to test Perricone skin care products.  We will contact you via email if you are selected.

    Hello,

    I am in my 40s and my skin has become a disaster!!! Very dry, flaky and still having break outs. My skin is also very sensitive so I have trouble finding new products and nothing has worked thus far. I hope I am able to try and provide feedback for your products. Thank you!!!

    Hello, I have darken bags under the eyes, along with typical aging skin. I also still get acne, don’t wear much make up. I would love to test your products

    Hey,

    I’m an adolescent with normal/sensitive skin which is relatively acne-prone. I do have blemishes/scarring from acne and there is some redness on my skin where spots are – or spots that are ready to come to the surface (I call them under-the-surface spots). I also worry about the dark circles underneath my eyes. I’d love to try out your products as I can see that they may help to salvage my problem skin! :) I look forward to your response :)

    I am have large pores and acne scaring along my cheek bone areas, a few age spots that also plague me. I believe your products my offer hope. Iam looking forwad to your product line. :O

    I have big issues with hooded eyelids and sagging around the jowels I would love to see if your products could work for me .I also suffer from large pores. Hopefully this could actually work
