  1. I am trying the three day diet for the first time. I am a triathlete and consume large portions of foods. I am addicted to carbohydrates and eat eziekiel bread and pasta and rice and potatoes. First always to the carbs. I am genuinely sincere about seeing what this diet will cause to change.

    It is a drastic caloric reduction for me as well.
