  2. Medium-fat Fish (2.5 to 5 percent fat) include: Atlantic halibut, Yellowfin tuna, swordfish, and bluefish
  3. Low-fat Fish (less than 2.5 percent fat) include: cod, Pacific halibut, rockfish, flounder, sole, and red snapper

  3. I just cant seem to be able to put any more hope into having better skin. I have tried so much including laser resurfacing.Large pores, oiliness, and discoloration is what I deal with daily. I am freshly 40 and would love to have some new found hope!
