  3. WOW! I had no idea that Dr. Perricone had a diet & nutrition guide! I am about to turn 30 next month and have really noticed my metabolism becoming more sluggish than a few years ago; also my self-control seems to be on the decline as well. I have been told I look young for my age but I’m worried about it all slowly starting to catch up to me (especially since I’m starting to really notice sun damage on my face). I have been pleased with the Dr. Perricone products I’ve tried and I’m confident that I would have great results with other recommended Perricone products!

  4. The Dr says that it’s not the caffien in coofee it’s the organic acids. Can he explain what physically happens ? Which organic acids ? Are their any scientific studies that support this ? Very interesting would love to learn more.
