  1. These are as good an omega source as you are going to get. very pure, not heavy metals or contaminants. I have been following the Perricone diet for some time (with the occasional day off for a sandwich) and not only is my skin contiuing to improve but my mood and memory have been boosted as well. I dont always manage the salmon (normally only once a day)so these Omegas and the DMAE capsules are a great way to ensure you always get the best quality nutrients. Highly recommended.
