  14. Hi there, I’m 34 and live in Las Vegas, a very harsh environment, by most peoples standards, I eat well am active etc. But still have some breakouts, gained a bit of weight in the last year and my skins not quite a pretty as it used to be. I’d love to be a tester! But my real reason for writing is I have a few specific diet questions (I have one of the Dr. Perricone books and am reading it now) but so far I don’t see the answers. I am vegetarian so I don’t consume salmon or chicken as suggested, but I do free-range eggs, nuts, legumes etc, also soy and sometimes cottage cheese. Which leads me to the diet questions, would soy products and dairy such as cottage cheese be in line with the perricone diet? And how about brown rice and sweet potatoes? Thanks for any help or advise.

  18. Great recipes! Would like to see more with fish and seafood.
Lost weight and my skin has improved extremely.

  19. I have been eating Dr. Perricone’s way since about 2002. Love the results, the way I feel, the way I look. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! However, I moved back to the midwest to help my parents who routinely do not eat this way. I have tried to encourage them but I have not yet been able to win them over. However, My father just contracted pneumonia and after I watched my mother open three CANS of soup for him to eat when he was struggling to even get enough oxygen…I did a hostil takeover of their kitchen! HA HA! I have been making so many of your recipes all week and his O2 levels are now higher 95 instead of the 84 they measured last week. He is taking antibiotics and even prednizone but the diet enabled him to stay out of the hospital. Just 7 days later he is now 95% recovered (and he is 81 years old!) He and I both noticed when we made your Salmon Burger recipe we could FEEL the affects of the ginger….you just feel much warmer. My father just had not realized how you can use food as a medicine to help regulate your hormones for the next four hours which affects your circulation and your breathing. With every recipe I make, including the Hearty Chicken Soup, The Persian Vegetable Soup (I call it-”Please dont bomb Iran -Persian Vegetable Soup”) The Carribean Burgers, the Salmon Salad, the cucumber salad, both of my parents rave at the taste of the dishes…they told me it is the best tasting medicine they have ever had!

  20. I am a single 42 year old woman. In my late 20s I was on a medication for too many years and gained too much weight from the meds. I have struggled to get half of the extra weight off. I now find myself with aches in pains in places I never had before. , as well as Hashimoto’s and gallbladder issues. I stay away from fatty fried foods, gluten products and buy organic as much as I can. I know an anti-inflammation diet and supplements will be great for me. However, I have been unemployed (no fault of my own) for some time now and struggle to afford all the extras. I saw Dr. Perricone on TV today and came in search for more information. I would love any assistance possible. I hold 3 Master degrees and could write about my journey.

  21. I’ve been diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica and am on Prednisone. I would a love a more natural way to rid myself of the inflammation.

  22. I am 67 and love finding new ways to improve my skin. PLEASE consider me as a tester.

  23. Dear Dr Perricone

I have most of your books and lap up every bit of information on the net regarding healthy living and your fab recipe ideas! I have seen a huge improvement in my skin since changing my bad habits and following your advice! I have advised many friends and colleagues to buy your books and have a colleague who is using your skin products and finds it amazing! I would love to become a Perricone tester!
Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.
    Kind Regards

  24. Starting my “Anti-Inflamitory Diet” next week, along with ordering 2 facial products from your skin care line. I have tried a lot of diets and skin care products, along with millions of other people, but I am hoping that the Perricone Plan will be the one for me. I have just joined a gym (last November 2011), and am moving and looking forward to discovering my “old”self agin. At 53, I have some deep lines around my mouth, some not so deep on my forehead and my eyes show some age. I am 50 lbs. overweight, which is taking its toll on my joints. Not making any promises but looking forward to feeling better and looking better. Maybe in May I can revisit this page and let you know how I am doing.

To be a “Perricone Tester” would give me that extra boost, that extra “something – something” I think everyone needs to feel better about themselves, and encourage success that sometimes you cannot find on your own.

Thank you for reading my submission.

  25. Never feel right. Terrible insomnia and sadness. Tired and unmotivated all the time. In a haze… and the list goes on. I am only 29years old and feel hopeless

  26. I would love to test any of your products!

  27. I too am overweight. I’ve found that my metabolism has all but shut down after having 2 children. I am a 33 yo mother of 2. Exhausted and needing to make a change. I want to enjoy my kids!

  28. I would try the Cold Plasma because it proves to have such wonderful results on everyone.

  29. I am 34 years old and found the Dr Pericone anti-inflammitory diet is the only thing that works for my acne. I have tried so many things before trying this diet. It has also helped me to loose weight in the process and it has been so easy to incorporate the eating style with meals I prepare for my family. Before the anti-inflammatory diet I was trying the food combining diet where you don’t mix protiens and carbs. That diet also claims to help clear up acne but it didn’t work for me and it was much harder to follow than the anti-inlammatory diet. Trying is believing!

  30. I love the salmons patties and the butternut squash soup. They all sound wonderful but these are my favorite!

  31. I was online today doing some research as to how to eliminate inflammation from my body. I have been overweight for most of my life and now suffering with knee pain. My doctor prescribed a very strong Anti-Inflammatory and fortunately for me, my wife read the side effects prior to me filling the prescription. Thankfully she is heavily into natural healing and alternative medicine. I would like to test your products, honestly, I have reached a point where I have to do something and after reading all the information on inflammation would like to be pain-free and healthy again. I reside in Canada and hope I can participate in this program

  32. Can’t wait to try these. Breakfast sounds good again.

  33. How doew one translate a typical Italian-American diet to a Perricone diet? There is nothing left to eat?

  34. I would like to be a tester. I have submited before but did not get an email back or contacted. I am 44 years old.

  35. Stop the Clock Cereal is my choice because so many people do not think of eating breakfast. It’s either lack of time or they are in a rush and pick up a junk something or other. This has all the ingredients to perk up your entire day !! If you intend to live a long, healthy and happy youthful life, better get going eating the correct foods. Nope, it’s NEVER to late to start either…better now than never. I am not afraid of my age or looks because of just these type foods and thanks to you and my up bringing for this to happen to me.

  36. I turned 66 in June of 2011. I had been a cosmetic junkie for yrs until one day 3 months ago I was listening to your testimony’s on your products on QVC. That’s all it took is one trial sample of your products to get me hooked. I am on every product you have at present, Aug. 1, 2011. I am asked all the time, even from my dermatoligist, what are you doing to your skin, you look marvelous. I also follow your anti antiflamitory diet. I too like Dr. Oz and follow many of his tips he gives each week days also.
I have never been over weight, infact I weigh 120 now and am 5’6″ and at age 16 I weighed the same and was 5’7″. I have always eaten to be healthy, I guess it just came natural to me.
I LOVE your products and I praize your efforts to help everyone to decide for themselves to look youthful. You can give people all the direction it takes, but in the end it’s their decision to stick to it and be as youthful and healthy as they can be. Like me, it took one testomony for me to get hooked.
Yes, I’d be delighted to be a tester, thank you.

  37. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I am tried of taking all these medicines. i want a more healthy approach.

  38. I just turned 40 and I have a hundred little pimples all over my forehead and sections of my face, I have tried every acne produt out there, even prescribed. I have also notice more wrinkles within the last 6 months. Since I’m a stay at home mother of two children I don’t have the money to spend on the product’s but I’m going to start the Perricone diet next week. Not sure if it matters where you .live to be a tester, but I live in Plantsville CT, only 10 mins. form Meriden CT

  39. I am doing the anti inflammatory eating plan and have had skin problems since 9 years old. I knew that a gluten free healthful diet made me feel better but have never been able to get my acne under control. I am really hoping this is the solution! My fridge and pantry is stocked and my husband is on board. Oh and I love to cook so making all the healthful foods is kind of fun.

  40. I’ve been following the Perricone diet for only three days but I already feel the difference. I feel great! No coffee, no sugar and no gluten yet no headaches or withdrawal symptoms. I can’t wait to try the Chickpea, Cumin and Coriander salad. Thank you Dr. Perricone!
