Why Do You Have Under Eye Circles?

There are many causes of under eye circles and eye wrinkles. Some you can avoid and others you simply cannot.

Aging and heredity are things that you cannot prevent but can play a big role in the appearance of dark circles under your eyes. Other reasons they appear are because of puffiness, sun exposure, and lifestyle choices you make.

Some lifestyle choices that you want to avoid because they can bring early signs of dark under eye circles are:

  • Not treating allergies, rubbing and itching the areas
  • Not using sun protection
  • Lack of vitamins
  • Too much alcohol, caffeine, or tobacco

Try Perricone for as little at $10.

  • Drink enough water and eat a health diet
  • Take vitamins
  • Cleanse and moisturize daily

By following these suggestions you may not be able to prevent aging entirely but you will have better luck preventing the appearance of dark circles in the future.
