The 14-day diet is easy to follow as Dr Perricone provides detailed information, instructions, and dietary information.

The 14-day meal plan consists of:

  • Lots of fish
  • Free range poultry
  • Omega-3 fortified eggs
  • Nuts
  • Some fruit and lots of vegetables
  • Legumes, e.g. beans, peas, lentils

  • Soy

Breakfast

Lunch

  • Side Green Salad
  • 1 cup, whole strawberries, raw
  • 4 oz salmon, wild, poached

    someone that I know has dropped 35 pounds following your diet and looks years younger.

  2. I am a military wife who just moved to Hawaii. My husband will be deploying very soon and I want to look FANTASTIC when he returns. I have been using your products for years now and love them! I have been doing the 28 day diet this month and am really starting to feel great.
