  1. I am starting your “Anti-Inflamitory” diet next week and looking forward to feeling and looking better. I am on colesterol medication and over weight by 50 lbs. I have trouble loosing weight no matter what kind of diet I am on, and this year I am determined to really do something about it.

After watching you on Dr. Drew this past Friday, I understand how foods can cause so many problems for your body. I wa not aware of the “inflamitory” aspect of it though. I hope by May that changing what I eat, increase my exercise regime and trying 2 of your facial products for deep wrinkles, I will begin to see a turn around in my appearance. We will see.

Thank you for reading my submission.
