		<description><![CDATA[I LOVE this diet, i did this years ago and am doing it again now to jump start my health routine. i noticed the difference right away, in how i looked and felt; only question i have is the yogurt part, i recall one of the &#039;donts&#039; was dairy but yet there is yogurt on the menu plan. can you explain?

ps. love salmon for breakfast; in asia they eat fish for bkfst often so this is all good stuff!]]></description>
