What You’ll Need
Your NV Perricone MD Snack Shopping List includes:
- Plain yogurt, or better yet, Greek Style yogurt
- Berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- Fresh lime juice
- Green Magma barley grass juice powder
- Unsweetened pomegranate juice
- Fresh mint sprigs
1. Pomegranate Berry Smoothie
1 cup organic, unsweetened pomegranate juice
½ cup frozen organic blueberries
8 fresh, frozen strawberries
2 tsp. Green Magma barley grass juice powder
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2. Rainbow Parfait
2 cups 3/4-inch honeydew melon balls (from about a 3-pound piece, seeded)
2 cups 3/4-inch cantaloupe balls (from about a 3-pound piece, seeded)
1 cup wild organic blueberries
¼ fresh lime juice
Fresh mint sprigs
Gently layer melon and berries into tall parfait glasses.
Drizzle equal amounts of the lime juice over each glass.
Top with sprig of fresh mint.
Serves 4 to 6.
Cantaloupe is also a main ingredient in a tasty NVPerricone MD smoothie.
3. Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait
3 cups plain yogurt, or Greek Style yogurt
3 cups of fresh or frozen berries of your choice, such as:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
4 tablespoons sliced almonds
Layer 1/2 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup raspberries in each of 4 parfait glasses or serving bowls alternating berries and yogurt.
Sprinkle each parfait with 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve immediately.
Plain yogurt is also a main ingredient in a great fruit smoothie.
